May as well add some FAQs:
1) Yes, I’ll be uploading to other sites. Might be a few days, since there will be distributor lag.
2) Yes, there will be a print edition, but it’ll probably release next month. I’m not taking pre-orders for signed copies at this time because the book is really very LARGE, which will affect print/shipping costs. When I know something, I’ll post here!
3) Yes, there will be an audio book, and yes, Travis Baldree is our narrator. I don’t know when the audio edition will release because that’s entirely up to Tantor (a division of Recorded Books), who is handling all that stuff. Again, when I know something, I’ll post here.
