The way he said it was almost suggestive. Plummy hues seeped into his stripes before snapping back to an adamant indigo.
“Maybe you should elaborate? Erm… not the pleasing part. The lifetime part.”
“The wish is irrevocable. There is no going back.”
“But aren’t there four of us? Not just you and me.”
Sesshoumaru hummed. “My wish is clear. In time, I will bring yours into alignment.”
“To what end…?”
“No,” he softly chided. “The wish is irrevocable. Endless.”
