“You’ll wear one?”
“Naturellement! I am the swim club’s founder and primary lecturer.”
Josheb peeled out of his shirt. “Does that rig come in blue?”
“Oui. I know just the shade.” He selected the one that would best set off the American’s eyes. “Pants. Off.”
“Umm….”
“Feeling shy?” Jacques glanced back and lightly remarked, “Sonnet and I do know what little boys are made of.”
Josheb’s gaze had a pleading quality.
Jacques sighed. “Are you wary of me? Trust yourself to Sonnet, and I’ll keep my back turned.”
“It’s not that…!” With a sheepish look, Josheb muttered, “Caleb doesn’t know….”
