Home for the Holiday

When Jacques turned back, Timur had coaxed Kyrie into his arms.

At fifteen, the young battler had matched his mother’s height, and his jawline showed evidence of an inexpert shave. With an easy smile, Timur offered a hand. “Been a while.”
