LMM 522: Consider Me Willing

Claimer: I do hereby claim all rights and responsibility for the characters in this series of vignettes because the Amaranthine Saga is mine. (Which means I should probably behave myself since anything I say or do could be taken as canon.) Indulge the lot of us, especially the one who appreciates ambiance.

Consider Me Willing

“Moonbeams shine brightest in a wolf’s shadow.” Jacques looped his arms around Sonnet’s neck. “Wolvish lore is riddled with delicious euphemisms.”

Amber eyes sharpened, and Sonnet’s voice went all husky. “I want to hold you.”

“I look forward to a night in your arms.”

“I think I want to… to….”

“You may consider me willing. Though I’d prefer retreat to camping rough.” He confided, “After touring a few of Ginkgo’s bolt holes, I chose the most apropos. It’s little more than a cave. Very earthy. Very den.”

You… wanted a cave?”

“All the better to bring out your wild side.”
