“Yeah, but he missed that part.” The kit’s gaze shifted toward the door.
Kagome turned her head in time to see Sesshoumaru crawl through, hair dragging. Face averted, attitude despondent. But here.
Had he come to her for solace? Without a word, she opened her arms, and he sank into her embrace, cold nose pressed to her neck.
