Four Parents
Still ignoring Argent, Jacques asked, “Where’s Lilya?”
“With Mum.”
“Is it naptime?”
“Yes.” Kyrie leaned up to whisper in Jacques’ ear. “I am not sleepy.”
Argent mildly suggested, “Shall we show Sonnet the way to the naproom?”
The boy solemnly said, “This way, please.”
Argent sauntered after his son, leaving Jacques to escort Sonnet. He explained, “We all take turns overseeing sleep.”
“And Kyrie’s mum is there?”
“Ah. No. There are four parents at Stately House. Sansa is ‘Mum.’ She manages the kitchen.” A thought occurred. “My lord, did you tell Sansa about this?”
Argent’s smile had smirkish tendencies. “No.”

Sansa may be fierce, but there is a huge heart of gold under that prickly exterior. She is a reaver though and through and those around her from Minx, to Michael to Tsumiko know it. Sonnet has found his place. I think even Agrent know it.

I was wondering if anyone had told Sansa. Leaving that to Jacques. But she is also a reaver and with Stately Houses population increasing, perhaps some help in the kitchen (and elsewhere) will be much appreciated. This will free her up to protect it’s residents also. I think that all will be well. ❤️
