Claimer: I do hereby claim all rights and responsibility for the characters in this series of vignettes because the Amaranthine Saga is mine. (Which means I should probably behave myself since anything I say or do could be taken as canon.) Indulge the lot of us, especially the one with expensive tastes.

The Good Stuff
Used to leisurely soaks, Jacques grumbled when Deece rousted him from the bath. Then again, he was poised to nod off in its embracing heat. And Argent wanted him.
Selecting a silk dressing gown, he offered Sinder a jar. “Moisturizer?” Such a necessity after sea bathing.
“Got any oil?”
“I should hope so.” Delighted to have found another skin care aficionado, Jacques rummaged for the good stuff.
They wafted into the kitchen behind Deece, only to find it dark, hushed, and lacking in libations.
“Took you long enough.”
They whirled.
Argent leaned against the wall beside double doors. “In here.”
