Chapter 133: Repetitive

Sideswiped and sprawling, Inuyasha swallowed the outburst that’d only wake Kagome. She needed the sleep. More importantly, she didn’t need to see this. Probably call it cute.

But it wasn’t.

Teeth pressed his throat.

No question the bastard could taste his reaction, but Inuyasha summoned up some bluster. “This again?”

Sesshoumaru rumbled, and Inuyasha swore miserably.

His brother eased back to study him at discomfitingly close quarters.

“I don’t like being stared at,” Inuyasha grumbled softly.

But Sesshoumaru didn’t look away. “You scare me.”

“Can’t see how.”

“Promise me something.”

Inuyasha didn’t hesitate. “Sure.”

Sesshoumaru flatly ordered, “Do not die.”
