I’d really love to read the book, but amazon has been giving me a “Delivery estimate: We need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate. We’ll notify you via e-mail as soon as we have an estimated delivery date.” for weeks. Do you happen to know what’s going on there?

Alas, I cannot make Amazon follow through on all the orders (and pre-orders) we placed. I’ve been in communication with the printer, and everything’s running smoothly on their end. Which pretty much means Amazon’s holding out. (Whyyyyyy?)
As soon as I see some sign that they’re actually processing those orders, I’ll let everyone know.

Oh my goodness, Amazon get your act together 😦 I hope it’s fixed soon! I really want to read your original work since I’ve always loved how you write your fanfics.

I’m really grateful for your patience. Hopefully, you’ll find the story worth the (excessively long) wait.

I complained to Amazon, and one person said “Please understand that some delays were also caused of some external factors and that no matter how much we try to avoid it, some still happen which is out of our hands.” The next person said “As soon as we receive more stock, we’ll ship your order and send you an e-mail.” Has anyone who pre-ordered actually received it?? Goodness gracious! I really want to turn pages when I read this, but if I don’t have answers by the 28th, I may need to buckle and buy the ebook while I wait. I’ve read the preview pages at least 3 times.

Based on the reports I can see, Amazon hasn’t even placed an order with the printer yet. So no, none of us have received the books we pre-ordered at the beginning of February.
Maybe your complaints will do some good by hustling them along.

Sent you the info you asked for via Amazon gift card email! (And when I hear from you that everything’s good on your end, I’m going to cancel my original Amazon preorder. Le sigh.)

May I please ask when your next box of books should arrive? I think I’m going to just order thru you, and cancel my preorder with Amazon as they’re clearly not going to cooperate anytime soon….and I REALLY want to read this one. T__T

It’ll be a couple of weeks.
I’m really (really, really) hoping Amazon ships your books before then. If you’re following this blog, watch for posts, because I’ll definitely let everyone know when 1) there’s any hint of movement from the printer or 2) when my next book box arrives.
If the wait becomes unbearable … the digital edition offers instant gratification.

Yes, ma”am! I’ll definitely keep stalking your blog…and hopefully Amazon gets it’s act together in the meantime. 🙂
I have to admit, it’s tempting, but I’m holding out for a paperback. I’m not a huge fan of ebooks. I like the feel of pages, the weight of a book in my lap, and the smell of paper and ink. Plus I plan to reread it a lot, and I usually only read ebooks once(fanfiction is the exception…no clue why) as they’re harder for me to get thru. 😅
In the meantime, I’ll just be over here, rereading your fanfictions and waiting for the next Mood Stripes update. 😊
Thank you! 💖

I haven’t seen a print copy in Barnes and Noble either. Will your book be sold there?

Your local B&N may not stock the book, but it will be in their computer system. They can send for it, or you could buy it from their online store.
