LMM 584: Tarmac

Claimer: I do hereby claim all rights and responsibility for the characters in this series of vignettes because the Amaranthine Saga is mine. (Which means I should probably behave myself since anything I say or do could be taken as canon.) Indulge the lot of us, especially the irrepressible one.

A warm hand patted Jacques’ cheek, bringing him out of a dozy haze. He pulled Argent more firmly to his side and peered around the empty plane. “Ricker Thunderhoof, I presume?”

“Call me Colt.”

By the time he’d successfully disentangled Jacques, his partner was there to receive Argent.

Jacques moved stiffly to the plane’s dinky WC and emerged feeling more ready to face their journey’s next leg. “Well, gentlemen? How do you want me?”

Colt asked, “Do you ride?”

“Are you asking after my posting… or preferred positions?”

Hallow blushed.

Colt’s smile widened. “It seems Sinder wasn’t exaggerating about you.”

  1. That’s a great trick. Getting into a plane at altitude! I would love to see that. Are they using a converted cargo plane with a drop down loading ramp?? 🤔 Sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s just the Air Force weather girl in me. Now, our Jacques does look scrumptious in tailored riding gear. 🤣🤣 That’s the riding girl in me. I’m not going down the other path. ❤️
