Claimer: I do hereby claim all rights and responsibility for the characters in this series of vignettes because the Amaranthine Saga is mine. (Which means I should probably behave myself since anything I say or do could be taken as canon.) Indulge the lot of us, especially the trusted one.

Michael called for Deece, who fetched Hisoka and Canarian. The bathing chamber quickly filled with stripping felines.
“They all hafta be here?” Nonny grumbled.
“I don’t make the rules,” countered Jacques.
Michael said, “From what I understand of the feline courts, a lady mistress’s consorts must get along, so any friction is dealt with swiftly. Ideally with all barriers removed.”
“And a generous amount of bath oil involved,” Jacques helpfully added.
Nonny wadded his shirt and chucked it into the corner.
“Perhaps Deece should demonstrate?” suggested Michael.
“I’ll do it.” Gilen’s tail lashed. “I’m Nonny’s best friend. I’ll do it.”
