Chapter 168: Secure
“Oi,” hissed Inuyasha from below, trying not to interrupt Miroku.
“I have her.” Kohaku’s arm slid around Kagome’s waist, steadying her.
She hadn’t noticed him climbing after her. All her concern was for Sesshoumaru’s feelings, but the first faint bloom of color under her hand wasn’t bleak or angry.
Resting her cheek against carnation pink, she whispered, “Oh, thank goodness.”
Kohaku tried to pull her to a more secure spot, but Sesshoumaru removed all danger by tilting his head. They tumble-bumped into the generous fur fringing his chest. Then he trapped them there by resting his chin atop his paws.

That sounds like a warm cuddle spot. He seems content with his little pack. I love the visuals I get from this.
