  1. Please please please mend my heart sickness with a faint heart reboot! Pick up with chapter 39 and let us know where Kagome and Kohaku stand. You’ve sold us on the pairing and I’ve read enough to quote it, please please continue!?!!!!?!????

    • Aww, I do understand. Kohaku’s such a sweetie. He’ll have to wait his turn, though. My writing schedule is chock full, so I can only do a little bit of fandom stuff each week.

      • I was thinking about this the other day and was like, “if she’s pulling some ideas from her fanfiction, then unexpected would also be a great original series.” ☺️💕

*sigh* I’m not sure how I feel about sharing you with the rest of the world… I feel like I’m letting a precious family member date. (Lol) I’m rooting for you!

        • You know, you’re right. Unexepected *would* translate well into a original series. (In fact, many of my AUs have startling potential!)

          …letting me … date. o___o

Your pack-worthy protective streak is giving me warm and fuzzy feelings. ::glomp::

  2. Omg! Yes!!! I love all of your stories and they certainly matter to me. It will be one of my greatest happiness’ if you wrapped up all of your oldies! I go back and read them all the time. Honestly, I have no clue how EL Jame made it before you… 🤷🏾‍♀️

  3. I certainly agree with Nelly. I love all your stories but InuKag has always been my favourite pairing. Please continue writing Unexpected someday. I’ll be waiting patiently 😉

  4. I’m so excited about your original series coming out!! I’m counting the months down and will support as much as possible! ^^ I’m so happy for you! Keep up the good work! Sounds like an amazing upcoming series 😍

  5. I’m so looking forward to reading this! Sorry of you’ve already answered this but will the books be available in retail? And if so, will they be available in Canada?

    • Although my book probably won’t be in stock at your local bookstore, they will be able to order it for you. And yes, you can get my books in Canada. We went with a printer who distributes worldwide.

    • Once Bk2 is in the hands of editors, I’ll be able to set a firm release date. For now, all I can really say for certain is that I *want* to bring it out this fall.

  6. Just finished rereading Tsumiko for the fourth time. It’s my happy place. QvQ It makes me want to see a good story for Gingko. And I may also have very small, quiet Jacques x Lapis shipping feels. //faceplants

Also, I am curious. Will “Counting the Hours” become one of the Saga Lineup? Not going to lie, that would absolutely tickle me in all the right places.

    • *Four* times?!

Shipping happens. Hey, even I have ships & alt. ships in this series. Maybe all that potential will eventually spark a fandom…? I’m thinking of hosting a drabble/drawble night in December.

I’m not telling which of my fandom tales will provide inspiration for future books. It’s more fun to reveal them one at a time. ::twinkle::

      • Indeed. Four times, and I don’t think I’ve had it more than six weeks? Probably less. TTvTT But I read your fanfiction with equal frequency, so I’m not really surprised??? XD

Please. Have an appreciation week or something, because I need an excuse to prioritize that drawing of Argent snuggling Kyrie in Suuzu’s pjs. And of course, I WILL FANFICTION THE CRAP OUT OF THIS SO HELP ME. //dies

alsdkjfh I know you’ve said as much before. I’m just quietly obsessing.

(also, this is me quietly asking as a fellow writer: I’m going to be doing NaNoWriMo during September instead of November since I want to submit a portion of the manuscript as a portfolio piece in a grad school application. …. omg excuse me, I’m nervous fangirling like crazy, but would you be opposed to reading it and letting me know what you think?! //faints )

      • Hi! (It is December…any more thoughts about a Drabble night!?) Congratulations on having a successful NaNoWrMo. Hooray! Cannot wait to learn more about those Janitors. 🙂

  7. Just finished reading Tsumiko and the Enslaved Fox and it’s soooo beautiful! Just preordered book #2 as well! I love this new world you’ve created ❤

Also, totally off topic, but I’m re-reading your fic Affinity and its so entertaining. Will you ever return to it? 🙂

  8. Greetings! Um, did you know your paperback listing for ‘Kimiko and the Accidental Proposal’ doesn’t have a pre-order? It has it listed as out of stock, and published October 12th. When I was waiting for ‘Tsumiko and the Enslaved Fox’, it had it listed as pre-order, with a (correct) release date. Kimiko’s papeback page never has – just ‘out of stock’, and dated October 12 (which was when the paperback listing for it first showed up in Amazon). I have no idea what’s going on there, but I thought you might like to know…?

Apologies for the slightly off-topic post, but I couldn’t find any contact info on your blog (I may however be slightly blind). Also sorry for not saying something sooner – I’ve got pretty bad social anxiety as well.

Also, I loved Tsumiko’s story, and I’m really looking forward to Kimiko’s come October 22! You’ve made me look forward to a Monday! 😀

    • I noticed Amazon’s listing and have made inquiries because release day is supposed to be Oct 22. The date’s wrong, but the matter’s a bit moot because as far as I can tell, Amazon hasn’t ordered copies. Who knows how long they’ll hover in “temporarily out of stock” territory this time around. ::philosophical shrug::

I’m so glad you enjoyed Tsumiko’s adventure! ::glomp:: I’m excited for Monday, too.

      • When I pre-ordered my copy a day ago it said it would be released October 22nd. I wonder if they’ve since corrected it?

        • The ebook is correctly listed as releasing October 22. It’s the print edition that’s currently listed has having released on the 12th.

…clearly, I live to baffle the world. ::wink::
