Yuki Urushibara. The mangaka who created the award-winning Mushishi manga has a new series that’s being translated into English. I snapped up the first volume as soon as I learned about it. When a Cat Faces West is different in that it’s a contemporary, but it’s got some of the same flavor as Mushishi because the main characters deal with paranormal phenomenon caused by something called Flow.
I was excited, and I thought you might like to know, too. I just put Volume 2 on pre-order! ::twinkle::

Oh fun! I still have Mushishi on my list of anime/manga to watch/read. I like the art so I may have to indulge.

I LOVED Volume 1! Definitely different from Mushishi but still so good! Can’t wait for Volume 2.
