Governed by Whimsy has now been added to the Songs of the Amaranthine series page on Goodreads (thanks, Goodreads librarians!), so you can add it to your shelves. Again, this ISBN/edition is the solo digital edition. When the anthology comes out, it’ll have a different designator, and the (oh, so clever) title will be … Governed by Whimsy: The Anthology.
If you’re not already following me on Goodreads, it’s a great way to keep up with whatever’s going on: book giveaways, new titles, release dates, etc.
How did you decide the title for the print edition? Does the fourth story tie the other three stories together in some way? I don’t understand why the anthology would take the name of the new story.

Hmm. Think of Governed by Whimsy as the title track of an album. It’s not the only song, but it gets top billing.
My reasoning? When the titles in the Songs of the Amaranthine collection are listed in storefronts and on Goodreads, there won’t be any weirdness in the numbering to account for a compilation that fits somewhere in between the single stories. Just a different (print) edition for every fourth title.
No. All the stories stand alone. Although there will be times when they tie to the main series in little ways.
It’s okay if you don’t understand. Trust forthy. ::twinkle::
