Let’s do something fun. All this week, leading up to the release of Kimiko and the Accidental Proposal on Monday, October 22, I’m running what may be the silliest challenge ever. You know what a book blurb is, right? It’s a line or two of praise that appears on a book cover, usually by someone with a claim to fame. I’m inviting you to blurb Tsumiko and the Enslaved Fox.
What I need from you:
- Say your piece. What did you think? How did you feel? Why are you giving your seal of approval? Be punchy! Be pithy! Be you!
- Choose wisely. What name/penname/pseudonym do you want to use? Because you’re going to show off this book cover, right?
- Byline, please! Promote your fandom fic, your comic, your book, your blog. Or choose your claim to fame, your quirk, your reason for reading. Be bold! Be brash! Be you!
Comment below or email me (I’m at always[dot]forthright[at]gmail[dot]com), and I’ll create a book cover emblazoned with your blurb! Just for fun, but also for sharing. Because a little buzz is good right before a book releases. ::twinkle::
Deadline for participation: Monday, October 22, 2018 (release day for Kimiko and the Accidental Proposal)
As always… Be nice! Play fair! Have fun!
“At times thrilling, thoughtful and filled with hope, TSUMIKO AND THE ENSLAVED FOX isn’t simply a tale about a girl and centuries old fox demon meeting and falling love. Its a tale about acceptance, respect, love, understanding…and remembering that Fate has a way of finding ways for all of us to be useful.”
I feel like its long tho.

(to be clear I feel my blurb is long, not the book. the book is just right)

This is all pretty new to me, I don’t actually have a blog/website/etc. but I’d like my “byline” to be “sonzaemon”
