Chapter 203: Invasive

She didn’t answer. Couldn’t answer. But Sesshoumaru didn’t require one. A soft hum was the only warning he offered before his tongue dipped past her lips.

Not a kiss. Not a kiss. Not a kiss.

Kagome tried thinking of exams in the nurse’s office. Sesshoumaru was weighing, measuring, taking samples. This was only a mildly invasive procedure.

She’d nearly succeeded in removing herself from the whole scenario when he huffed against her ear.

“Are you thinking of me?”

His stripes had gone green. Not good. “Wh-what about you?” she whispered. “What are you thinking about?”

Sesshoumaru blinked. “I will adjust.”
