Chapter 89: Ungrateful

Just as surely as he’d known she was gone from his world, Sesshoumaru knew the moment when the miko re-entered it. Not by any scent or a sound. Only a feeling.

Wait. It was even worse. Doubly so.

When he opened stinging eyes, Inuyasha’s flash of relief quickly changed to a scowl. “Seriously, what the hell?”

“She is back.”

Silvery ears flickered. His brother frowned. “Not that I can tell. But good.”

Far from it. There were two of them. And their thoughts were all for him.

“Keh. Show some gratitude. Only reason she went was to get your shampoo.”

  2. Okay! Okay! Okay! The well is open and she went back for shampoo. I really need to just go back and reread the whole story. Grrr…my brain. Need more coffee. On the other hand, I love that he knows exactly when she got back and that Inuyasha is just awesome.

  3. Oooh? From my understanding…. upon her re-emergence from the well Sesshomaru-sama can now feel when Kohaku is thinking of him too.

I am glad. He would have already known he was considered. But now there is proof.
